Do I need to credit the artist?
On the Free plan, yes: paste the credit line you get after each download into your video or podcast description. Hobby, Pro and Studio need no credit.
Can I monetize videos or use the music for clients?
Monetized videos, client work, ads, apps and games need the Pro or Studio plan. Free and Hobby cover personal channels and non-commercial content.
Can I play the music in my shop, café or hotel?
Yes, with Pro or Studio, at no extra cost. Play danyvin tracks as background music in your own shop, café, restaurant, hotel, salon, spa or gym, straight from our playlists or from your downloads, for as long as your subscription is active. One subscription covers the venues of one business. Where the law asks venues for a general music licence (ASCAP or BMI in the US, PRS in the UK, GEMA in Germany and so on), that licence still applies; most venues already have one.
How does YouTube copyright claim removal work?
Paid plans include a monthly number of claim removals: 5 on Hobby, 25 on Pro, and unlimited on Studio. Send the video link from your account and the claim is released. The Free plan doesn't include claim removal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
