2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (EEA) or 13 years old (US COPPA) to use the Service.
• By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4) Services

We provide:

• Music downloads and licenses for personal and commercial use under specific license terms.
• Access to your account to manage purchases and downloads.
• Optional newsletters/updates, if you opt in.

5) Licensing of music

• Each track you download is subject to the license terms displayed at checkout or in your account.
• Unless stated otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the raw music files is prohibited.
• You may incorporate licensed music into your content (video, podcast, project) within the scope of the chosen license.
• Prohibited: re‑issuing or republishing our music as your own, using it in phonograms (sound recordings intended for commercial release), or any use not explicitly allowed by your plan or license.

6) Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in EUR (or your local currency if supported).
• All sales are final, except where required by law (e.g., EU digital content rights within 14 days if not yet downloaded/used).
• Refunds, if granted, will be processed to your original payment method.

7) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Infringe copyrights or other rights.
• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.
• Misuse our intellectual property (including brand assets, logos, or trademarks).
• Re‑publish, re‑license, or distribute music outside the scope of the granted license.
• Use music in phonograms, compilations, or products aimed at reselling the music itself.

8) Intellectual property

• All content on the site (music, text, graphics, brand name danyvin) is our property unless otherwise indicated.
• You may not use our IP beyond the scope of your purchased license.

9) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10) Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
• Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before termination (e.g., valid licenses remain valid).

11) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or site banner. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

12) Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia and the EU (where applicable).
• Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Slovakia, unless local consumer protection laws give you rights in your country.
